Smooth rock and reclines far back. Instructions weren’t the best and the leg rest doesn’t come out as far as I thoughtwould like but overall comfortable and looks really nice!

One of the arms already had part of the wicker material coming off. Unfortunately you have to go through the manufacturer to get it resolved when Wayfair is such a more pleasant customer service to deal with.

One of the chairs came with a damaged area rest, Wayfair sent out a replacement arm immediately. the chairs are very comfortable, however the recliner doesn't extend out high enough for that laid back relaxed feel; however, these are great chairs for the price.

I have purchase a great deal of furniture that had to be put together from Wayfair. Had very little problems in the past. This, by far, has been the single biggest problem I have experienced, with any furniture I've had to assemble, from any company. Some of the bolts were too short and I had to go to the hardware store to purchase others that would fit. The parts were not labeled, many looking identical when you laid them out. I took the time to count them all, label with the corresponding picture and number in the instruction guide. But several of the items you cannot tell by the drawing which size is which and the quantity counts were the same. I have been struggling with this for 2 days now. I'm not giving up, but really sick and tired of having to take apart and reassemble finding the wrong size of a spacer or rubber spacer was wrong. Miserable experience!!!! The chair, itself appears to be very nice. Wonder if I'll ever be able to sit in it!

Difficult to assemble. Assembly instructions very confusing.

Like the comfort of the chair. It’s not wide enough for a larger person. It’s well made.

Assembly instructions had multiple part number errors. It was different to put together.?I was disappointed with the quality and thickness of the cushions, especially the cushion on the back of the chair.?it is about 1 inch thick. The recliner doesn’t recline completely either.
