The chairs look good but the seat cushions and back cushions are not good material stretching out/puckering and appear flat after a few minutes of use. They are not thick and full as they appear on the picture. The sofa back section was manufactured backwards. The bolts should be on the back of the backrest not on the front where the cushions can be damaged and leaning against it uncomfortable. We cut the bolts down & ground them smooth. This was a lot of work but we felt taking everything apart to exchange the set will only give us the same issues as we believe this is a manufacturing defect seeing another customer mentioning this. The weaving is backwards on the sofa backrest. Most people porbably would not know that. We had a lot of contact with some very nice customer service agents who tried their best to remedy these issues for us. We received some credit & replacement cushions and hopefully they will last a couple of summers while we look for a better brand of cushions. That is if the sofa does not break as another customer has reported. Then it's back for refund.

Very easy to build and love it on my patio

It was missing a piece when I opened it and I still haven’t received it.

Very comfortable seating, and not too difficult to put together either, but it does take some time. Absolutely love this set. Especially for the price!
