I purchased the additional 5 year protecting plan. When I went to file a claim involving the seams on ONE PILLOW that has come apart, all I received from both Wayfair and Allstate is static and denial. All I want it them to replace one single pillow. The pillow probably cost $25 but they both want to fight me over a lousy pillow. Speaks volumes about both organizations.

Color and shape as described and looks great (minus the extra cushions pictured, which can be misleading). The set has survived one mild California winter and still looks good. Assemly was not too difficult, but definitely needed a couple people. Not super plush and comfortable, but sits nicely and a great value for money.
