DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS IT'S FOR A CHILD!! I would give this a zero if I could. This bench does not seat adults. It looks tiny and feels tiny. The quoted seat dimensions are wrong. The seat height is only 14" and the seat depth is 13". We bought it because the photos looked like our old bench. We didn't notice that the seat and the back each have one fewer slat than our old one. Also, the armrests are narrow and chintzy.

Bench was not assembled as promised. I cannot give good review based on our experience. First bench had mismatched support bars. We were promised another bench fully assembled because of our previous experience.

There was no hardware in the box. What is disturbing is that there is a postcard in the box from Gardenised that says thank you for your business. Missing Parts? Assembly Instructions? Quality Improvements? Please contact our direct customer support before contacting the seller directly for a replacement or return. What should I do? I feel this is not valid and a weird way to do get my attention and business. This is really the first time I have encountered this kind of issue with a Wayfair purchase. Please advise.

Unfortunately, this was a very expensive purchase for and very inferior item - especially for the money I put out.

Finish on wood has inconsistent coverage. It was my fault I did not examine all measurements, but the seat falls well below my knees and probably should be labeled as a child’s bench, or have a photo of a child sitting on it. I’ll probably paint it with good exterior paint and gift it to a family member. I still need an adult bench.
