Nice low profile stand for a market type patio umbrella. VERY sturdy if filled with sand. Note that the wheels move in only one direction and do not swivel.

Difficult to fill. According to directions you need to attach the post before the base if filled. This is a problem because the hole to fill the base with sand/water is underneath. This requires you to hold it on it's side while filling. Doing it this way doesn't allow you to fill it all the way. If the hole was on the top it would be perfect. If you filled it before attaching the post you'd have to hold up a very heavy base to attach it. The attachment screw for the post is under the base.
