Ugh, what a disappointment this is just an expensive pile of kindling! This item is poorly made the directions are horrible, the construction is cheap the item was damaged when I open the box, and the cushion was not included. Unfortunately I purchased this during the winter months and just got around to opening the box to assemble it and so I’m out of luck with a return because I’m past 30 days. Lesson learned But hopefully I’ll save somebody else the trouble. 1. The description states that this comes with a cushion. I received no cushion with the order. 2.. One of the slats was cracked when I opened the box. But I figured I could live with that. 3. All of the base pieces to the rockers are held together with tiny wooden dowels. The wooden dowel holes don’t lineup. So once you try and hammer them in place, which by the way it is not clearly stated in the directions, they splinter into little bits. And, there are no spare parts included. So now you have dowels that are either stuck in a hole but don’t reach far enough to actual hold the slat in place or you have pieces that you don’t have dowels for because no spare parts are provided. 4.. The places that are held together with stronger bolts more often than not the holes do not line uP and/ or the holes are not drilled properly. So that when you do tighten the bolts either the joints don’t ever meet or the wood splinters. 5. The vertical slats that hold up the rocker actually have a right and a wrong direction. However that is not stated in the directions provided. And by the time you figure it out it’s too late because you’ve hammered the cheap little dowels in in the wrong direction and as I mentioned before you don’t have spare parts. 6. The allen wrench that is provided with the kit is so cheap that it strips well before you even finish putting the piece together halfway. I had to go searching through my drawers to find an Allen wrench from another piece that I had purchased to finish putting this together. Do not purchase this item. It’s going straight into the garbage cheap. I just spent three hours putting this together knowing full well that I will never feel safe sitting on and it’s just a lawsuit waiting to happen if a guest attempts to sit in it.

Took two people over half a day to assemble. We bought two and both split, warped, and broke. Look really bad.

Get directions received in the box with my Chase lounge don’t match the pieces that I actually received. It is made putting this charac. Together almost impossible. Very disappointed.
