First of all, I think this is a really nice set and that we will enjoy it for many years. It looks very nice and it’s comfortable, but note that it is very low to the ground. I considered purchasing the assembly service for 187 but decided that we could do it ourselves. If you are someone that gets frustrated with assembling things, you will want to spend the money for the assembly service. If I had to do it again, I would. The assembly took two of us 7 hours to fully assemble all the pieces. You could possibly do it alone, but it would be more difficult. Our assembly instructions were missing pages, but after assembling a few of the pieces, we were able to figure out how to do the one that was missing. All of the components fit but the instructions have very poor pictures and no written instructions at all. We were missing two important screws, essential to attaching the lid to the storage box. I hope those arrive soon. Also while most of the parts were supposed to have stickers to label which part they were, we had about 5-6 that had no sticker. Without a clear diagram to reference, that took some time to figure out. IMPORTANT when attaching the pieces together, do not over tighten the screws and bolts until everything is lined up and in place because if you make it too tight, you’re going to have to go back and loosen the bolts in order to get all of the pieces to go into the predrilled holes. We learned this the hard way.
