Received owl yesterday - I should have did a close inspection when I removed it from the packaging - I immediately put the owl in its outside home. Today I noticed there is a 1/2 inch chip in one of the eye areas. HOW DISAPPOINTING! There is no way the owl was chipped on this end. I will not return because I already disposed of the packaging and it would be a huge hassle to return. But, I will not be repurchasing again from Wayfair. The item should have been checked before it was shipped to make sure there was no damage. Again, I am so disappointed.

Large, heavy and unique. It is really well made and comes packed with plenty of protection for the traveling and delivery. I love the design, color and size.

Amazing. Not sure how they put it on a pole, it it quite wide. I put mine on a plinth of stacked pavers. Looks great!
