This fire pit is awesome, more than I expected. We are using it in the evenings on our pontoon boat and it fits perfectly with our lovely 60° evening weather watching the sunset

The item arrived damaged, but otherwise, it looks good. In general, I believe Wayfair is a scam. It seems like they deliberately lack proper checks and balances on their vendors. Vendors often send damaged products, and this is clear because the packaging is intact while the item itself is damaged. They try to pass off these damaged goods, and since many of the items are large and heavy, it’s extremely difficult and time-consuming for customers to repack and return them. When you contact customer service, they typically offer a small discount, ignoring the fact that customers have to go through the hassle of unpacking, assembling, disassembling, repacking, and shipping the item back. In my experience, 60% of my purchases have arrived damaged.
