Chaise Adirondack en bois massif Edaline (Ensemble de 2)

I just in less than one month have one of my chairs coming apart. I need to know how will you be able to repair or replace this.

Love the high back and seat comfort! Not very sturdy though. Some of the pre-drilled holes weren’t lined up. I live in a windy area and hope they won’t blow into the pond.

Order was received promptly and once assembled, with some issues, chairs are comfortable. However, we were very disappointed in the quality of the wood based on the price. One of the chairs went together fairly easily although directions are a little vague. The other chair had an issue one of the pre-drilled holes was placed too close to the edge and did not line up with the corresponding hole correctly. This made it necessary to put stress on the piece and it cracked when bolts were tightened. (The break is on the back side of the chair.). It is something that my husband can repair but I would have returned the chair for replacement if it had been purchased locally. The wood is much softer than anticipated and we are a little disappointed with the quality. I had planned to purchase another set but will not do so now.

The chairs themselves are nice enough, but they don’t fold. We took a discount rather than return them but the name in the description should be changed and the price lowered accordingly.

Wonderful chairs. Very sturdy, up to 350lbs and well made. They are in our back yard, by our fire pit. Looking forward to sitting out there during the evening, together. And very reasonably priced.
