This is a beautiful teak dining set. The quality is outstanding and so much better than expected. The finish is beautiful and the edges are polished. Its a shame that it has to stay outside. The chairs are very comfortable and they stack which is something I love and did not see in the description. The fold out leaf is very easy to operate. The umbrella hole is in the leaf, so there is no hole when the table is not extended. Not a problem, but something you should know. I paid over 500 for assembly which was a mistake. The chairs came fully assembled so the table legs were the only thing that needed to be put together with a couple of wooden dowels and 4 screws. It took the Handy tech 1 hour to assemble. It took my husband and I longer to unpack and inspect the table prior to assembly as per Wayfairs instructions. FYI, the set came in 3 large boxes in a wooden crate on a pallet that was delivered with a fork lift! Everything was packed beautifully and in perfect condition. We had it put in our garage and assembled it there. Definitely worth the wait.
