Lovely teak table. Assembly was simple and quick.

Very nice table. I’ve had it outside for a few weeks now and it seems to be holding up. I do recommend using some sort of teak oil to keep the wood moisturized as it was a little dry upon delivery.

BEWARE OF BUYING FROM WAYFAIR!!!! I have had nothing but problems with Wayfair for nearly a month. What began as a simple problem never got solved. Here's a brief summary: 1. Ordered two chairs & a table for my patio. One of the chairs was defective so I asked for a replacement. After many days of no response, I finally heard from one of the reps who said they would send me a replacement. When I asked if they could cover the cost of labor, they said no—that would be my cost—even though it was a defective chair. 2. Instead of sending me one chair to replace the defective chair, they sent me two chairs—which I had not asked for. 3. Again, after many phone calls back and forth, I explained to many reps that I had not asked for two chairs. They stated that I would be charged for both chairs, instead of sending me a free replacement, which is what I had requested in the first place. 4. They said, I needed to do the arranging for a pick up, not them. 5. After further calls, they finally agreed to do the arranging, however that would be a whole day of me waiting for UPS. I would have had to cancel any appts that would take me outside my condo. 6. The only option left to me was for me to find someone with a large vehicle to transport the two chairs (which I did not order) to a FEDEX location myself. Which is what I ultimately did. All this took numerous phone calls, emails and a car trip to FEDEX. I still have not gotten credit for the defective chair from Wayfair. Bottom line: Bad communication, no attempt to compensate me for THEIR mistakes, and lots of phone calls and time on my part. I told them I would never buy ANYTHING from Wayfair again, to which I got a stock email, thanking me for shopping with Wayfair.

The table looks nice on my covered and screened in lanai. However, when it rains and the table gets wet (rain does blow in), it stains the cushions on my chairs.

This table is solid teak, with a generally nice fully sanded finish that can be used as is or finished with teak oil. There are a few mars but nothing I can’t live with, especially for the price. I’ve applied a teak oil finish to bring out the wood tones and grain and preserve the look since it will be used outdoors. It is smaller than I thought it would be and as such I can’t use the chairs I have. Now shopping for new smaller width chairs to use with the table.
