I’m very unhappy with this grill. There is no space between the grate and heating element which causes for a very big mess on that. It is not holding up whatsoever. After the first time grilling it looked this bad. It’s only getting worse.

This little grill is perfect if you want to take it along on trips or just use it in the backyard. It is sturdy and well built. It is sizable if you need to cook quite a bit. And it has an additional upper rack for those items you want to keep warming without being directly over the heat.

The lid has imprints from the plastic envelope with the product book. The first one that I got had this problem, so I exchanged it. The second one had the same problem, yet not as bad. The packing technique needs to be changed. Maybe put the product book inside the grill.

I'm not happy with this grill. I've had it for three months. It's cheaply made. Cooking grate is inadequate. If there's a breeze it won't hold heat. Now the gas connection is leaking. I regret this purchase.

Nice unit except the bolts were rather cheap. One stripped out.
