Delivery was good - disappointed that there were no instructions included - this pergola cover was a hell to install!! My husband was not pleased!

Poor customer service. Purchased item Early June. Use of online service ineffective. Finally spoke with a customer service person. Order was never shipped despite the indication that it was. Reorder was never placed. Third placed order finally arrived on August 14th. An unreasonable period of time to obtain an item. Item repackaged. No instructions/directions One of the poorest experiences with Wayfair

Great color and shade for my deck here in sunny Florida! I wanted something a little bigger than the pergola and this is what I ordered. I am very happy with the color and quality. There were grommets on both of the long sides. It was quick and easy to install with the provided zip ties. Good buy!

Fits great! ordered this for our patio sitting area . Kept our chairs dry during the rain. Came with weight rods for the ends and these hooks with screws and zip ties to attach. The color was more of a lighter brown than I thought but it still worked for us.

Ordered the Royal Shade Customize Waterproof Pergola Sun Shade Canopy and I’m very happy with the quality so far. The material feels thick and durable, the stitching looks clean, and all of the rods and ties were neatly packaged and easy to sort. The color was a bit different than I imagined – it’s more of a hunter’s orange than a deep orange – but it will still brighten up that part of my yard. I’m excited to see it up on the pergola this spring!
