Very excited to hang this 10 x 10 brown waterproof shade sail on the patio. Hoping that it keeps the rain (mildew) off the concrete and that the dark color and smaller size works better than the current 12 x 12 beige one we have out there.

I was really excited about this purchase. However when I received it, I noticed that it was missing major parts. While I will admit the overall quality is good and the material seems durable, it’s just disappointing to hire someone to assemble something and open the box, and parts were missing.

I ordered the 14' x 14' Waterproof Shade in the cream color. The fabric looks of good quality, and the ends are reinforced which makes it look strong. The hardware comes with ropes that are 12 feet long so we still need to figure out if that would work to install in our patio. We have been under lots of rain in the last few weeks so once we get a break we'll be able to install and test the waterproofing of this shade. So far so good!
