Well designed, good quality components but no directions. Had to contact manufacturer to get assembly directions.

Just what I was looking for, and great quality. Easy build with 2 people. Only gave 4 stars because I had to hunt down the assembly instructions through Safavieh customer service and Wayfair. Seems odd a product with so many pieces to assemble doesn’t come standard with instructions as other reviewers have had the same complaint

Arrived with no assembly instructions. Couldn't get them from customer service, the website, or the manufacturer. Paid for Handy assembly, but had to send him away after almost two hours of trying to acquire assembly instructions, to no avail. Couldn't be more disappointed with Wayfair and their customer service on this matter. I have a pile of wood and parts sitting in my shed, but no gazebo.

Love everything about this Gazebo.
