Love this patio set! It’s gorgeous! Got lots of compliments on it !

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. The furniture arrived in terrible condition. Pieces were broken, the wood was chipped, and the surfaces felt rough like they were never properly sanded. Some areas even looked like they had paper glued onto them. The color was uneven and faded, almost like the set had been sitting outside in the sun for a long time. It honestly felt used and worn, not new. I reached out to the seller and they offered to send replacement parts, but almost the entire set was damaged so that didn’t make sense. I asked for a full replacement and was told it was sold out, even though I could still see it available online, which was frustrating. They did issue a refund, but by then the package had already arrived late and I had used a 25 coupon that I can’t get back, so I still lost out. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and energy. I wouldn’t order this again and it definitely made me lose trust in Wayfair and this seller.

Bumping this up to a 4 star review since Wayfair offered a discount for the missing screws. We were able to find screws at a local store to replace them. There are some dings and dents in the furniture because of the screws tumbling around in the packaging. The wood is very dry so we gave it a couple of coats of beeswax and orange oil. The side table and rugs were also purchased from Wayfair.

When it was first delivered, a few screws were missing, but when we tried to throw away the packed box, we found two screws stuck in the corner of the box and fortunately, we were able to finish assembling it. However I think the price was reasonable and we love the color and size.
