Thermostat is not correct so we use a heat gun to determine temperature. Handle to rotate pizza did not stay screwed in and we really toasted one side of the pizza when it stopped rotating. We worked through the issues with trial and error and actually made fantastic pizza. For the issues we can't give a 5 star rating
