I give this a 3 because the first one came with a piece broken off the side where the handle is. It came this way because it’s not the best quality. We used it for a while and had a hard time with the flame staying lit right when you first light it. We had to hold it for about 40 seconds in order for the flame to go by itself. This fire pit is very light not heavy duty. It also is very short, and close to the ground. It wasn’t our best purchase but for the price, it wasn’t terrible. It’s just ok.

It’s a nice fire pit! For the money. I converted it to natural gas with their kit and was unhappy with the conversion kit. They didn’t include the orfice which is a need to get the proper flow. I will be writing a review on that item shortly. The fire pit is made from fiber glass that has a concrete finish it looks like it won’t last a long time since I already see heat cracks on the paint. The nice feature is the included glass wind blocker. Also it says it can be placed on a deck however it says not for composite in the manual. I bought it specifically for my composite deck. I was able to fix that issue by placing a piece of 1/4 concrete board under it! I would do this even for wood since it gets pretty warm under it and will melt varnish on decks! Over all a nice fire pit for the money if I had 1k more I’d get one that’s prob better but I didn’t have the extra money!

I'm obsessed with this new piece. It took a while to get here, which was a drag, but I'm so glad it finally did. It was a little lighter in color than I thought it would be, but I think it still works. My backyard looks like a cute boutique hotel! And just in time for the cool weather. No idea how quickly it uses propane yet. Would also be helpful if they gave a PVC or metal cover for covering the pipes...they give you a fabric all-over cover but it's a bit of a pain to put on every night. I smaller, hard lid would be nicer. But overall I like it a lot.
