Awesome hot tub! 2-3hp pumps provide strong well placed jets for those sore muscles! The frame is metal and the sides are composite material so it will not rot and look good for a very long time. I like the insulated panels attached to the exterior panels instead of spray foam all over the pipes and fittings so if there is a leak in the future, I can find it without scraping off the sprayed on foam like my older tubs had. I use this hot tub daily, very satisfied!

Delivered as expected, with no issues. Waiting for electrical to be done, so no use at this point. Hot tub looks nice and looking forward to using.

Hot tub 4/5- GREAT high-end features! Balboa tub and heater, stainless steel internal frame, synthetic cabinet seem quality... LED lights and blower very nice. ** This tub did not match sales ad at purchase. (CHROME hardware shown in original ad vs black plastic parts received (stain very easily), Acrylic scratched couple places, difficult time getting the water to stabilize after initial cleaning, lighter thermal insulation and cover, etc.) The ad has since been updated to show TWO variations of the tub. You should get what you purchase. This tub has lighter insulation than we expected and had in previous tubs. Also, colder winters here... Winter energy usage?? Note: THOROUGHLY clean 2x MINUMUM - ?? excess shipping chemicals or assembly "products" and grease streaks appearing random ??? The water would not stabilize following the thorough cleaning and careful start-up. Flush, drain, REPEAT until chemicals stabilize. (wasted chemicals and test strips) Customer Service 2/5 - Wayfair has been very good in the past. ??? Both challenges were post purchase with follow-up email exchanges. We made two very specific requests for information or assistance and experiences long drawn-out resistance. Rep seemed to go out of the way to avoid provide the info. In the end, difficult road to get resolved. (both for replacement or spare parts) Shipping/Freight 3/5 - arrived several days later than pre-purchase date schedule and had to rearrange help. (updates and Wayfair rep did not track well from the beginning) ** 2 stars = "Room for improvement" definitely for the money spent - BETTER quality control and customer service. Fingers crossed hoping we do not ever have problems with what seems like a great tub... future service could be VERY concerning.
