Great customer service from vendor! The mailbox changed color (faded) after we'd had it installed for over a year. Even though it was past the warranty, Special Lite replaced it at no charge. It's always nice to find a company that stands behind their product and I think Special Lite should be recognized for their willingness to treat their customers as well as they do. Oh, and by the way, the mailbox and post look great!

I ordered this mailbox after looking at many (many!) over a period of months. We definitely wanted an aluminum one as we live near the water where rust is a concern. This mailbox features one-piece construction, is strong and attractive, garnering many compliments.
