Arrived bent so the top doesn’t rest properly on the base. The box inside the shipping box wasn’t sealed, just folded over.

First of all, The communication/updates throughout the purchase was perfect. The delivery date was accurate with the actual day delivered.. The delivery was completed within the 2 hour window given. The gift was the correct item purchased once opened. There item purchased came in prestine condition........and this was from Russia. FYI........this is my 1st time shopping with your company, and the experience has left a complete positive experience for me and my recipient. Thank you Wayfair!
