The table is beautiful but the metal ring around the bowl came damaged. Wayfair did nothing for me only sent it to the manufacturer to deal with. I bought the table for $1399 and thought I was getting a good deal because the original price was $1799 when I starting looking at it. So I purchased it at $1399 and the following day the price lowered to $1199. I asked Wayfair if they could at least compensate me the lower price because of the damage but they would not. Wayfair should just list the prices at a fair deal in the first place, they are obviously way overpricing if they can lower it that much!

My initial impression of this Sunbeam fire table was favorable but I've discovered a problem in the manufacturing of this fire table that has motivated me to edit my review to a 3 out of 5 stars as a result. The issue is the quality of the the aluminum welds at a critical point on the legs of the table where the adjustable screw "in & out" leveling pads enter the base of those legs. First off the thickness of the aluminum at the base of these legs needs to be of a heavier gauge in order to be able to resist bending of this aluminum at the leg base interface with the screw insert holes, where these adjustable leg pads are secured in the leg bottoms. In my situation, the fire table was put out on our paver patio that isn't completely level & therefore those adjustable screw pads were extended as needed in order to eliminate the initial wobble of the table where it was first placed. The problem arose when we moved the table while a couple of those adjustable pads were still in their extended positions. We moved the table by dragging it to it's new location on the patio instead of completely lifting it up off of it's legs while moving the table to it's new location, MISTAKE!! In the process of dragging the table, it bent the bottom of the aluminum leg bases where the two adjustable pads were extended. One of the leg bases was so bent out of shape on the bottom that it allowed the housing of that adjustable pad to completely fall out of the hole that retains it. That screw housing is of poor design to begin with IMO, & it is easily displaced when deformation of the aluminum base occurs permitting loss of the screw housing as detailed above when the retaining hole is deformed by bending. In rectifying the problem by correcting the bend in the aluminum, one area in the weld at the base of the leg popped which was disconcerting to say the least. I was successful however in securing the adjustable pad back into the retaining hole, although now in a weakened condition. Lesson learned? "Don't drag the fire table, LIFT IT if you"re moving it from one place to another.
