The hose that connects the faucet to the unit split within 15 seconds of turning on the water. Also one wheel was bent. This is the second return I had to make. I do not recommend.

Cheap plastic. It came in with a crack in a side and a cracked wheel. Poor quality and poor shipping package

The hose reel cart arrived with two broken wheel housings. I managed to fix that with a few pieces of wood and two bolts and got a 40% discount on the product. That saved me a timeconsuming return of a big box item. Otherwise happy with what i got.
