Chauffe-terrasse au propane pour table, 11 000 BTU

Came fully assembled but with a protective covering on it that was supposed to before assembly. Gave this 4 stars because I had to disassemble it to take it off. Once removed and reassembled it looks great! Have not yet used it as I’ll need to get propane.

Replaced a Hiland Heater. It is exactly the same.

The instruction booklet stunk! But Sunheats customer service was great. Finally got it up and running! It gets lots of compliments on the look, but you gotta get pretty close to it to feel the heat. I loooove the actual flame! UPDATE It completely stopped working after only a few very short uses. Sunheat customers service was awesome But they finally suggested going back to Wayfair. UPDATE - changed from 3 stars to 2 stars... it gets 5 stars for customer service BUT only 1 star for the actual product - so gave it 2 stars. I could not get it to work so customer service spent a lot of time with me... got it working... but only worked once.. they tried again but no matter what, could not get this brand new thing to work. They offered to send to a new one or refund me. I chose the refund because even when it worked, it did not throw off any heat. Bummer, cuz it's pretty when it's flame is glowing!

It is nice but unfortunately was missing a wing nut so we are in the process of trying to find one that fits from somewhere so thats not been fun.

Gives off good heat and it’s really nice looking on our deck!
