our application didn't work - disadvantage of buying online - manual says can replace the tube but haven't found a way to get it out - gets hot fast & projects the heat well - heats via orange/red light way too bright

I bought during the pandemic for entertaining outside in winter weather. It didn’t work at all for our needs, but I’m giving it 2-stars because it might be okay in chilly-vs cold- weather.
