I hope this review makes it to the public to help others. The two, apparently screened, 5 star reviews previously posted were as misleading as the pictured product. (update:I added a star since my original post, because the manufacturer is responding and trying to help.) While Wayfair did not outright lie, the title "Outdoor Kitchen" and the pictured product outfitted as an outdoor kitchen are misleading. Buyer beware, for over $1700 (with tax) you get a light gage sheetmetal shed. It is not outfitted with the pictured work surfaces, sink, under counter storage; shell only. It's worth about $500 max. It is not weather tight. The roof does not overhang sufficiently to protect the large screened vents from taking on rain. There are 3 large service openings in the back which you will have to block off around hoses or electric cords you may run through them to prevent weather or rodent entry. There are large gaps at the bottom of the doors to provide for the rollers that there is no easy way to block off to prevent entry of vermin. Unless you are in a sterile environment, you will not be able to keep herbs/spices or food products of any kind in this unit without extreme measures to compensate for lack of tightness. The doors are quirky. There is a spring latch at the bottom of each side that must be manually engaged once the doors are rolled out of their storage position. On mine, the left side spring latch broke it's fastener after two tests of the door. The right side latch will not engage the hole in the bottom of the door panel. The fasteners appear to be rivets, I will have to drill them out, shim the latches and refasten. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for an alignment procedure and they ignored the question in their response (there were a few questions I posed to them). The doors are intended to stay in place when closed, held by magnets along the top edge which stick to a flat bar across the bottom of the upper lift door. There is no provision to hold the doors closed at the bottom or where they come together in the middle. The system is not robust enough to hold the doors closed flat. If you install the back panels as pictured in the instructions, the framing will be exposed on the outside which is unsightly and will catch rainwater and accelerate corrosion. If you install the panels smooth side out, there is no provision to fasten the back of the spice shelf inside. Wayfair passes you off to the manufacturer for any issues. The manufacturer did respond via email in one day, but without satisfying answers and more questions asking for part numbers, some of which are not listed and which they should already know. (update: second response, they offered a discount since I will have to make the repairs). The only advantage to this shed, is quick panelized assembly, if, like me, you have little time. I will still have to spend time fixing and outfitting this unit, though. I do Not recommend buying this product unless the price is reduced dramatically. Recommend, if you're handy and have time, take your $1700 and build something better. If you are not handy, check with a local shed supplier (every city has at least one).
