Meadow 10 x 10 ft. Pergola, Outdoor Patio Brown Steel Classic Frame Pergola with Retractable White Canopy Shade for Backyard

Please note, this is not a 10X10 pergola. Bo he descriptionOnce put together, realized it was much smaller than the one I had there previously. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said the top of the pergola is what made it 10x10. Upon measuring, the top piece sticks out 9 inches, not 2 feet. This is an 8x8 pergola, not 10x10. The manufacturer wouldn’t budge on making this right. Wayfair gave 200 credit. We purchased a new one and put it up. Was slightly damaged but didn’t want to deal with company again. We love the pergola itself, but not pleased with the customer service.

Not true to size. Does not provide shade. If it was true to size, I would enjoy it more.

Perfect pergola! Looks great up! Just make sure when putting together you are conscious of what directions the holes should be facing!

Garbage!! Dented and scratched EVERYTHING. Not even close to 10’x10’ ….. the dimensions barely are 8’x8’ (the longest part measures 114” and that is with the overhang), it measures 93” center to center of the feet. So this is all false advertising of being 10’x10’. It’s not sturdy at all and probably won’t last a strong wind. The instructions aren’t right. Figured that out the hard way. Overall this is a complete waste of time and money. This thing is going back. Buy something of better quality.

Got it delivered fast but extremely damaged
