I received the swing on March 30th. My son put the swing together for Mother's day. I was disappointed that part of the frame was damaged/scuffed up. The parts were not labeled making it a bit more difficult to put together. I'm not sure if this was a previous return and shipped to me. This was my first Wayfair order. I'm not sure if this a typical experience. I'm not able to report a problem. I may be outside of reporting window time frame.

I’ve been wanting a swing for a good while and finally chose this one. I’ve been using it for less than a week and love it. I bought a 3 person swing and the seat has plenty of room to lay on-I’m 5’5”. It also has the back that lays flat and I’m sure it will be a bonus soon. I haven’t adjusted the awning so far as I haven’t needed to. I look for many days, weeks, months and years relaxing outside

This arrived faster than promised. I inventoried the box and at first thought that some parts were missing. I informed Wayfair and their customer service is outstanding. When they told me that they would replace the missing items, I went ahead and unwrapped the porch cushion. Well, what was inside the cushion were the missing items. Be sure to check everywhere first and not like what I did. I assumed! The manual is all drawings and pictures, no text. Be sure to really look at the drawings to see which direction the poles are pointing. It took me about 3 hours to put it together by myself with the exception of putting the main support pole, where the swing attaches to it, on. My wife helped me with that. I give it 5 stars. The quality and detail are really nice. It is a birthday gift for my wife and she is very happy with it. Happy wife, happy life!
