Rough shipment evident. Some tiles came off during shipping. Grout cracked in some places and so I had to do some tabletop repair. Packaging could be improved. A little more lava rock could be included. All said an done, not a bad looking unit, works well.

This firepit is absolutely beautiful. Went together easily without one problem! Bought fire glass for it and they sparkle in the firelight. Delivery was fabulous as well. They placed this very heavy box on my deck where the fire pit was to be installed. I am so appreciative and just LOVE Wayfair!

This is a good option if you’re looking for a a disposable pit that isn’t going to last. When I opened the box one of the tiles was off. The battery for the electric starter is missing and there is nothing in the instruction book as to the size to go out and buy it. The door doesn’t stay closed. Not a good buy.
