Arrived in good condition, missing a bag of washers so we had to use our own. It would have been easier with more detailed instructions

Horrendous service. Came very damaged with broken brackets and the wrong colour canopy. It was not easy to set up, but the worst part of this was the customer service. After I had set this up, I wanted to get a discount on the damaged parts and a few replacement parts. I requested a discount through the app, but Wayfair only allows you to choose a discount OR replacement parts. I selected a discount, but called immediately and spoke to a representative. The representative told me he cancelled the initial discount, issued a better discount and would be sending replacement parts. I was satisfied with this resolution. I later learned that the initial smaller refund was issued in error by Wayfair. I received an email from Wayfair stating that the replacement part order would be cancelled. When I called and spoke to a representative, they said because they had issued two refunds, they were cancelling the replacement parts. I stated that I did not want the first refund and had in fact expected it to be cancelled. I wanted the replacement parts they could have their refund. They said they would not issue the parts until all refunds were returned to them. They said there would be no guarantee that the parts department would approve the replacement parts. They did not offer to send the replacement parts (that could compromise the safety of the item). At that point I left the call. Hard to believe that Wayfair did not honour the agreement they had made. Very disappointing.
