Sturdy frame. Canvas is too thin and collects water after raining. Overall has held up well since purchase. Many compliments on it. Use it for covering our pond.

Water pools at the top off the canopy and will stretch the fabric if not removed. Per seller it’s noted in the instructions, but it is not listed in the description. Our pergola was put together by men who don’t read instructions since I did extensive research reviewing options before going with this one! So incredibly disappointed. Seller offered no solutions but to return after it took hours to set up and will take hours to take down. Beware.

Nice product , the only issue ,Ordered a gray pergola but received 1 gray box with the frame and 1 box with a tan cover , But wayfair made it right great customer service .Thanks

Received our Pergola a few days past delivery estimated date. To be expected when it came from bast east. Directions were pretty much picture explained (however; it needs to be made clearer that certain parts pictured are put in the right place.. Some of the alphabetical identifiers were not on the products. (primary posts)) I build the entire pergola by myself on my deck using a few bungee cords :-) When I was finished; and adding the brackets for the cover; I had two posts in oppostite positions; which prevented me from finishing. I removed the two posts and corrected my mistake (with help!) Definitely a good purchase.
