I ordered 2 of the Cybil Pole - one was fine, the other one, he adjustable screw on the bottom - I can’t turn, it appears it’s painted over. I can’t use it - waste of money. The other one works fine

Very heavy steel pole, won’t blow away for sure. Easy to clamp, pretty much anywhere you want. I have plants hanging and a bird feeder And I have hung a bug catcher. You could hang just about anything.
