Worst experience ever. Had notification after I purchased of an install date and approximate time. When I didn’t receive an email of and exact time I called and found out the installer had cancelled. I never received a notification of this. Basically now I wasted the day off. I purchased this because of it being installed by someone else. If I could do it myself I would, but with a shoulder injury I can’t. Now I have to wait and see if someone from Angie List will pick it up and probably get charged more. Needless to say if this doesn’t get resolved this will be first and last time I ever shop at Wayfair

Super impressed with the size and quality of this, especially for the price. I suggest getting some ground stakes for trampolines as it’s fairly light weight and it was popping up when kids were jumping until we added those. Now it’s rock solid. Take your time with the instructions as they aren’t the best but they’re not the worst either. I had to re-do a few steps with not paying close enough attention to the little black and white drawings it shows you. Overall very very pleased with the trampoline and Wayfair shipping was really fast!

The trampoline is great. It took 2 people to set it up. The kids all enjoy it so much. I like the zipper door.
