Fantastic chairs! Easy assembly. Just add a little teak oil and you're golden =)

Unfortunately these chairs came broken (twice), there were no directions in the box (Wayfair sent the incorrect directions twice) and we didn’t get the correct items to put them together. After the first set of chairs, Wayfair sent another set and we had the same problem. I tried to contact Wayfair and no matter what I did, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to help. The only option was to send them back for $80. I have no idea how I would even send them back. Very disappointed in the quality, and the lack of customer service.

Just a fantastic set of chairs. I’ve had them for a few months and they are built very nicely. The way they attach the legs to the rockers is the best technique I have seen and it seems to be very sturdy.

We ordered four of these and one had a crack in the arm. We requested replacement part, but the said it was natural to the wood. I have other teak furniture that I have had for years that had not cracked, so definitely a quality issue. They did not send a replacement part and the chair was already assembled so issue never resolved.

I would have given the rocker a 5-star if the shipping/packaging has been done properly. The carrier rang my door bell and asked me to inspect the item because the shipping carton was severely damaged during the shipment. I found the chair parts remained intact but the carton contained only one chair. After contacting Wayfair, they agreed to send me a replacement and assigned me a Case Manager to assure the second delivery. I waited 2 more weeks, but the replacement arrived with much better packing with extra shrink wrap and tapes. Each rocker comes with 4 pieces but uses no metal screws or nails to assemble them together. You need to hammer the enclosed dowel pins through the mortise-tenon joints. Although the predrilled holes were fairly accurate, I found it was easier to run a 5/8" drill to clean up the holes and alignments. It took me about 20 minutes to put the second one up. The rocker was solid and sturdy. I used a 180 grit sandpaper to buff the surface and applied Teak Sealer. Hope they will endure the weather for a long time in my porch.
