Couldn't be happier!

I ordered this product as a Christmas present. The bocce balls themselves are great quality, but the case is literally just a cheap, soft, black lunch box. However, the product was damaged upon arrival - the box was all beaten up and the carrying case was ripped in several places. I called Wayfair's customer service, and at first thought they were incredible after offering to send me a brand new set the day after Christmas, cover the shipping and allow me to keep/donate/repurpose the damaged one. Unfortunately, the new product still hasn't showed up (and here it is, a week after Christmas). All in all, the product is OK and customer service was easy to work with - they just don't follow through with what they say. Sorry, Wayfair, wasn't impressed this time.
