Great quality, very sturdy. The reason for the 4 stars is because it is difficult to pull out the foot rest, almost need two people one to hold the chair and the other to pull out the foot rest.

Not as sturdy looking as I’d have liked.

We got the "Cape Cod Ultimate" chair after we had a "Cape Cod Standard" chair. To our surprised the Ultimate was more put together coming out of the box, a welcomed surprise. However, after reading the instructions we noticed that there were 2 bolts, 2 nuts, and 2 screws (not even listed in the directions) missing from our hardware bag. After further inspection of the chair we realized that they had already done part of the directions for us. This is where the 2 bolts and 2 nuts were hiding, but they were on backwards so the bottom extension part that would come out to hold your feet fully came out. I needed to undo their work and fix it myself. After fixing this, I found that the bolts were to long and then stopped the bottom section from even coming out. Either they did not router the groove deep enough or they gave us bolts that are to long. Please see image 2. We are still missing the screws to attach the two legs at the bottom. We put in a request for more hardware but expecting to not get the correct hardware once again after this experience.
