Quality sturdy bench. After having it outside for over 5 years a split occurred in the top back board. We notified Polywood and showed proof of purchase. They sent us a replacement piece in less than 10 days, free of charge! No fading had occurred in all that time under all weather conditions and it matched perfectly.

Quality of bench material is solid.

Difficult to assemble. Some predrilled holes did not lineup properly. Backrest section did not fit properly into the 2 sidearm rest sections. I had to trim the Trek with a utility knife before I could screw the sections together. Trek material is very solid and the color looks as advertised.
