Beautiful design, but quality is lacking - - especially for the price. I can gouge my initials in the soft wood with my fingernail. Assembly is a nightmare - - nothing is pre-assembled so you have to fasten every piece. Some tabs don't fit into notches, and bolt holes don't line up, so several connections needed to be bored out, at the expense of structural integrity. On top of that, some of the screws and bolts need a special square head drive not included with screwdriver or cordless drill sets. I had to go to the store - twice - to buy the right tool. When finally assembled it's not bad, but I'd never buy from the manufacturer again.

Almost impossible to put together without copious amounts of glue.

Love this bench - It's been on our deck for over a year, and now on our front porch - its held up in year-round Chicago weather, so the quality is great - it's quaint and cute, comfortable

This bench continues to look great!
