Love my hot tub. Can really only fit 4 adults comfortably, but 7 can fit but no leg room.

Delivery was a little difficult. Kept being pushed back but that seems to happening with everything during Covid. They told us they would deliver to our backyard but ended up they would only leave on the driveway. So we had to find someone to put it in the backyard. Hot tub seems to work great. We are not at all happy with the key pad. Its not easy to use; temperature control is difficult to maneuver. We have had several hot tubs and this key pad is the worse.

Doesn’t heat well. The rest is great.

So far, so good. Just arrived yesterday (actually came in 2 months earlier than the stated lead-time) and is a beautiful tub. I was leery about purchasing a tub online but the entire Wayfair experience was solid. Excellent price point for the included features and manufactured in USA, and if you've looked at local dealers for a tub you already know that Covid world has depleted inventories and increased prices. I'm only putting it at 4 stars for now because we have 2 feet of snow on the ground so I'm waiting a couple weeks before filling her up and testing her out...

Has wood frame and 45 jets- very nice
