I finally got my tub!! Super happy to get it filled but as soon as it was full we had to drain it cause one of the joints weren’t sealed

Spa took a long time to get here but it is good. Control panel buttons are hard to use and I have to get out to turn on the jets. The cover is the real problem. It started shredding a couple of months ago on one inside cover and is taking on water. What is you policy on replacement of the covers for a new spa?

Have had the hot tub for 2 years now. We have not had any problems until now. the jets are blowing out their covers and the plastic bubble things inside the jets. I am hoping we can get replacement parts.

The hot tub is great, but the cover only last a few years and Wayfair doesn’t offer a replacement. So zero customer support.

Love the hot tub! When it arrived, the 2nd motor isn’t working and so only 12 the jets work- trying to get through to customer service to get a repair person here. Also, they say it has 83 jets, but it does not. It has 40. Still, it’s wonderful and I’m really enjoying it. Would buy again.
