These are very necessary because all of the inflatable decorations now come with very flimsy stakes These can tolerate high winds

I purchased these stakes last October to secure down Halloween decorations. This year I re-ordered the exact same stakes because they were very useful. Unfortunately, the newer stakes have rusted and transferred stains onto my decor, while the older have remained perfectly rust free. Not sure why the quality of this product dipped, but it's very disappointing.

I use these to hold down the various Christmas decorations in my yard and work great, even before the ground is frozen. Great product.

I bought these for a big urn on my porch. I have a “pot filler” that has a styrofoam base and it is very light weight. It kept blowing out of the urn. I have dirt in the urn but the filler blew out even if it was down in a hole in the dirt. I hammered the bent part into the sides of the styrofoam with the stakes facing down. Stuck the stakes in the dirt and problem solved.

These work great for holding things down. Be creative, they work for lots of things.
