I bought the gazebo at the end of summer sale, I didnt even open the box. Summer was over so I stored it on a garage shelf for the winter. I got it out to assemble in April. Several metal frame pieces were broken in half. The screen was not in the box. It was totally unusable. I didnt get a refund. Wayfair said it was past the return date. It was a open box item also that was guaranteed to have been inspected and to have been of Wayfair quality. When it was returned to Wayfair there was no way that it was opened and inspected to make sure it was of resellable quality. There was so many broken pieces that as soon as I opened a box I could tell that it was broken in many places and not usable whatsoever so just a reminder I would not recommend ever by an open box because I lost a 200 on a item that was not usable and were not getting a refund from Wayfair.
