I put this at a 4 not for quality but for installation. It is difficult to install. Drilling in concrete requires a hammer drill. If you don't get the holes straight the fence leans and looks really bad. So had to make a drill jig to keep the drill in line.

Pegs to put inground are not very long so dont support holding it up in the lawn. Description said 4- 12ft panels but came as a full 48 foot piece. Screws that hold panels together have already pulled out. Haven't even put fence up yet, just layed it out on the ground and screws were popping out.
