Product showed up on time, damage to the end of the boxes due to the all metal in. Thankfully only one bolt was missing. Putting this together was a huge pain. No written instructions all pictures that are hard to read being so small. All the parts come with letters on them, however some of letters got onto other parts so you wasn't sure what was correct. It took 2 of us from trial and error 6 hours to put this together. Finally I went to you tube to see if there was a video, which there was but not very clear. Disappointed that there was no wand to push the shade open or shut and not as sturdy as I thought it was for the price. Also the picture doesn't show a pitch on it. Be interesting to see how the shade stays up with out rolling down by itself.
