They ship it to me in two different orders. Half of my order is completely from different trailer. The customer service is nice to help me out. The trailer is good quality other than the bolt and nut take 3 time more effort to put them on vs a normal bolt and nut. They need to have manual step.

This product shipped with missing pieces, used pieces, and parts that didn't belong, not to mention no instructions. Avoid this product!!!!

No assembly instructions, but in the cover your rear owners manual the owner is warned to hire a oprofessional if it needs repairs. But I guess it’s ok to try to assemble it without instructions? Furthermore the two pieces that comprise the floor of the trailer and should be identical were differing in length by one and 5/8 inches. Worthless.

The parts to the trailer did not match up The sides are two different lengths. Very disappointed not made well Thank you jenell
