We had a very poor experience with this item...missing parts, different colors, and zero product support. When we managed to put together a portion of the items, that took 30 days to send us replacement bolts, they still didnt assemble well....no instructions to put together. Now we have issues after 45 days of black pillows turning white. Very poor quality, very poor product, very poor product support, and a complete waste of ...MINUS STAR RATING

I just love my set, my deck isn’t quite finished but the furniture is going to definitely be a great addition.

Terrible to assemble!!! Got all the way through to the end and one of the ottoman storage units was racked and would not close. Almost looks like one of the hinge screws is showing rust Brand new out of the box…Will be calling to receive a replacement ottoman or credit for this purchase as a Wayfair pro account.

Exactly what I wanted. The seats are firm, and the loss of 1 star is for the back pillows—kinda of flimsy and will need some more stuffing added.

I love that the furniture is lightweight so it can be arranged in different options, it’s all storable for the winter and can be covered up when not in use. The furniture itself was easy to put together as the instructions were very easy to follow. However, I had my own screwdriver that worked much better than the one it was delivered with. If we used the screwdriver provided it would have taken hours longer to put together.
