The planter arrived with a full thickness crack, from the top rim, extending down 1/3 the height of the planter. Wayfair offered a partial refund, about 25% of what I paid for it. If I took the partial refund, I did not need to return the planter. The other two options, replacement or refund, they require me to box it back up and return it. Given this is not going to be an easy item for me to rebox and return, and the risk of a second one also arriving damaged and then finding myself in the situation where I have to return it again, I elected the refund. Honestly, the planter is unusable (will leak water and is not structurally sound), so what is the point in making me box it up and ship it back? Given this item cannot be resold and will end up in a landfill, it was disappointing that Wayfair demand that it be returned. I tried to upload photos, but the upload keeps "failing".
