Still early, only just received it and waiting for contractor to build it in, but it is the same grill that we have in our Boston home and we love it. You are able to get the temperture up to 600 degrees quickly. We turn on all burners to warm it up, and then lower the center burners, drop on the steaks, close the top, and sear about 2 to 3 minutes before turning the steaks clockwise. Do it again, and then flip and repeat. Perfect steaks every time. Easy to clean and keep clean. An absolute great grill with the legendary Weber customer support. Only complaint, which is not a Weber issue is that the mice love to rent it for the Boston winter and call it home. JM -- Boston and Wellington, FL
