Well made griddle fits perfectly in the right half of the Spirit grill. Worked great with cut small potatoes and asparagus, not so great with Beyond steak filet, maybe the steak pieces would've cooked better?

Amazing quality but not large enough. Only covers half the grilling area and the grates provided with my new EP-325 do not fit while the griddle is installed. I expected the griddle to cover the entire area. Not the expected experience for a genuine Weber product.
